Please do not return a product to us before reading the instructions below!
At Lianita, we encourage you not to initiate a return without reading the instructions below! Before you return an item, ensure to contact our customer service department for the correct Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) forms and procedure. Returns without the necessary RMA approval will not be processed.
Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt to ensure the item received matches your order and is free from damage. Refused deliveries for reasons other than damage during shipping will be treated as a return.
Our Hassle-Free Returns policy gives you up to 365 days to return new, unused, undamaged, and unmodified items to us with no restocking fee. In cases where an error occurred in your order on our part, we'll promptly send the correct item without extra charges, and we'll cover the return shipping cost as well.
Upon receipt, thoroughly inspect your orders to confirm you received the correct item and it's free from damage. Inspect all freight-bound products prior to signing the delivery receipt, as this confirms that the product has been received undamaged. We will be unable to refund for damages detected after the delivery receipt is signed, such issues will need to be sorted between you and the carrier. Refused deliveries for reasons other than shipping damage will be treated as a standard return.
In case your order suffered damage during transit, we're committed to replacing it immediately at no extra charge, provided you inform our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. Failure to notify us within this 14-day period will make it impossible for us to issue a credit for the damaged product.
For orders where no mistake occurred on our part and the items arrived undamaged, we accept returns of new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, unmodified items in their original condition for a full refund minus the original shipping costs. All packaging materials, manuals, and accessories must be included and unaltered. The purchaser bears the return shipping costs. All freight-bound items must be returned via a freight carrier.

We advise that you insure and track your returned packages. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition may delay or partially credit your refund, or your return might be rejected. Upon receipt of your return, we'll inspect the items within 7 business days and notify you via email about the refund amount. Lianita holds the exclusive right to decide the refund amount based on the condition of the returned item. If the item is returned to you and you fail to contact us within 3 days of our email, you agree to accept the refund amount we offer.
Once the refund amount is determined, our customer service will process it back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please be aware that it may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit card company to post the credit to your account.
